Seventh Edition has returned, and with it comes a deluge of nostalgia, questionable rules interactions, and dice rolls so cursed they'd make a Grey Knight cry. In this banter-filled throwback bat rep, Dave fields his very first Chaos army - his beloved Black Legion - led by none other than Abaddon the Despoiler, and everyone's favorite misunderstood rage machine, Kharn the Betrayer. Matt counters with a Tyranid swarm that's so old school, some of the models still bear metal-induced scars (and possibly minor injuries to the players from back in the day).
With kill points on the line and psychic powers that drain souls and warp charges, this is a glorious chaos-fueled mess of deep strikes, misremembered rules, and questionable tactical decisions. Terminators scatter to their doom, Deffy lives his best spider life, and one particularly stubborn Hormagaunt becomes an unlikely hero. Also: Spirit Leech. Just... Spirit Leech.
