Dave returns to the grimdark glory days of Warhammer 40k Seventh Edition, and this time he's not alone, Mark (aka CerxiS) brings an Alpha Legion force so steeped in deception it practically gaslights the dice. It's a throwback brawl at 1,500 points, where every model is a conversion, every deep strike a prayer, and every rule remembered mid-phase (or not at all).
On one side, Khorne orks - or "Korks" as Dave rebrands them - barrel forward under the bloodthirsty banner of Kharn and his totally-not-Angron demon prince. On the other, Alpha Legionnaires masquerade as Dark Angels, loyalists, traitors, and sometimes both in the same breath. Abaddon is present. Or is it Alpharius? Maybe it's Lion El'Jonson in a wig. The mind games are real.
With deep strikes gone sideways, hellbrutes playing whack-a-rhino, and Khorne berserkers fighting for the biggest skull on the board, this battle is equal parts carnage and chaos - the kind only the seventh edition could deliver.
