We love using maps in our campaigns, and now is your chance to make your own!
Categories
Category 1: Small Map (20 - 40 hexes)
Build and paint a map using the Hexton Hills system that is 20-40 hexes to enter this category.
Don't have a 3d printer? Buy our limited print run set of "The Adventure Begins" starter pack and we'll print it for you!
Category 2: Free form (41 hexes or more)
Build and paint a map using the Hexton Hills system that is 31 hexes or larger (no limit to size) to enter this category.
Contest Rules
To enter this contest, you must:
- Select one of the categories above.
- Build your map using only Hexton Hills tiles, but in whatever configuration you want with whatever tiles you want.
- Paint your map to whatever colour scheme you desire.
- You can use extra materials like flock, rocks, or other minor hobby material, but not other models, terrain, or 3d printed objects besides the Hexton Hills products.
- Take several pictures of your map (minimum 1, but sending more angles helps us to judge your map and paint scheme better).
- Email the pictures to matthew@miniwargaming.com with the subject line "Hexton Hills Painting Competition"
All submissions must be received no later than July 31, 2023, 11:59pm EST.
All entries will be judged on creativity in map design as well as painting skills.

3rd Place: A 50 hex map printed by MiniWarGaming that you design at https://map.gravenguild.com
All winners will be chosen and contacted by return email by August 11, 2023.
