Too many times have I seen "positive comments" on paint jobs that are disingenuous due to people being too afraid to come across as potentially mean or hurtful. BUT... dare I say, this has gone too far in our community. It's gotten to the point where the truth has become curated to protect the person speaking. Don't get me wrong, I appreciate the welcoming environment most of us try to contribute to in our hobby space. However... sometimes, we need a safe space to be raw and real. To "crack some skulls," if you will. So go wild and be authentic. Tell me all the things you'd do to improve my paint job on Captain Slaughter: my Chaos Space Marine Aspiring Champion I painted 17 years ago. I had so much fun ripping into it, and it felt great!
